PHILOSOPHY FOR CHILDREN: SCREENING OF THE FILM "YOUNG PLATO" IN HERAKLION AND RETHYMNON

On the occasion of the World Philosophy Day, the Philosophy Research and Translation Laboratory of the Department of Philosophy and Social Studies (UCRC-UoC) in collaboration with the Historical Museum of Crete and the Social Space of the A & M Kalokairinou Foundations are organizing the screening of the documentary "Young Plato" on Saturday 16 November 2023 at 6 pm. at the Social Space of the A. & M. Kalokairinou Foundations (9 Moni Agarathou Street, Heraklion).

The screening of the documentary will be repeated on Monday 20 November 2023, at 6 pm at the Amphitheatre C of the Department of Philosophical and Social Studies (Gallou Campus, Rethymno).

The events are part of the actions for the promotion of the comparative study of ancient Greek and Chinese culture, in which the University of Crete participates. The events are co-financed by Greece and the European Union (European Social Fund) through the Operational Programme "Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning".
